Are you trying to paste a screenshot into the text area of a solution? If so, that won't work. You'll have to either upload the screenshot to Method or link it from an existing source on the web.
First, you'll want to click this icon on the New / Edit Solution screen:

The screens for the default Contacts Portal are in the format ContactsPortal_<Name> for QBD and ContactsPortalQBO_<Name> for QBO. They can be found in Method by navigating to Customize > Screens. You'll most likely want to add this label to your Recent Transactions screen.

Since pop-up blockers are client-side applications/plugins, it's not possible to avoid them server-side (through Method). Basically, it depends on the user's applications and settings and not on the website's. You'll have to advise your customers of this, perhaps by placing a text-label near the view PDF button ...

You can login to Method from any machine, it's only the Method Integration Engine that needs to be on a specific machine or hosting platform.
On your own computer, use Firefox or Chrome and go to method.me/signin. Login from there, test your report and let me know the result.

Hi VLocke,
There aren't any actions to save to SmartVault and the upload screen isn't customizable, so I don't think there's a way to get around it.

Hi trungtran,
A "Linked Field" is something you would add under Customize > Tables / Fields. You would click on Edit Fields... for the Opportunity table and add a linked field using the wizard, linking it through the Contacts dropdown.

Try putting the work order name in single quotations.
I should also point out that the operator for "equals" is == (double equal sign).
