    I'm not attacking, I'm critiquing.  And it should help if they're listening.  And I'm not going to argue, but this is NOT about permissions.  Have you used scheduled reports yet?  These reports only show up for the assigned user.  That is how the templates are supposed to work as well or there is no point ...

    I'm sorry I wasn't clear on this. I know how to create a template. I've made a dozen or more. However, no matter how many times I change the font in my email template to Calibri and 11 pt, the font in my received email (sending to myself to test) is Times New Roman - of various sizes.
