Opening an existing activity would fall under the "Recent Records" as you are opening a screen with an active record.

I have a few clients that view open orders in a list. They display quite a few details about the order and view it on a widescreen monitor. How would that work in a scenario where let's say...you have an edit activity window open, but did not make any changes. Then you navigate to another app such as Invoices. From there you might go to Cases or any other app. Would this let me get back to the Open Edit Activity screen?

Hi ItfromValor, I have seen this when sending a report from QB to XLS. (in this case go to adanced options and uncheck "space between columns").  But I have not seen this behavior in generating a Method report with the report designer. I agree it is most annoying, cause once in Excel you can't do a thing with the data.

Hey Mahlon- Thanks for the feedback. Why are your clients needing odd and even colours(zebra stripping) for rows? Would having a hover state on rows solve this?
