Just so I have this clear, what exactly should be happening here?
My understanding of what your saying is that the Tab link is pointing to an incorrect screen? In the example you mentioned what is the screen that you are expecting to see?

Hi Clayton,
Im currently in process of regenerating the screens in your account to see if we cant get your screen working again. You dont need to be logged out or anything as it all runs in the back end.
We might need to take this one offline. Im going to Email you directly so we can work on this one further.

Yes here is an example!

I changed this screen, hid the top section, and added more stuff in. I haven't touched it for 13 days as stated here:

Thanks to Ben, I figured out how to up and download records into Method. Unfortunately I also noticed that the records were just added and didn't overwrite older versions... now I have duplicated over duplicates that I need to get rid off!
How can I do that?

The DateTime listed under the Resolve Conflicts tab is displayed in UTC time, so it is likely you are not seeing this in error, and is not something to be concerned about.

Have you tried making the Customer Active in QuickBooks? you can do this by navigating to the Customers App in QBO, and clicking on the Gear Icon in the top right hand corner of the Customer Grid. In the dropdown that appears, you will have the option of displaying Inactive customers as well.
