- Check the Date/Time stamp on Changes-Only Sync and see when it was last happend.(Make sure you have the most recent date & time).

Hi Joan,
There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot this issue. First, in Method go to QuickBooks > Synchronize. Check date and time of the last Changes-Only Synchronization and of the last Push. If these dates and times aren’t current, there is probably an issue with the sync engine.

Unfortuantely, the Conflicts listing is not an exposed table (in Method or the API).

I would check to make sure that the Sales Order that are not syncing over have Waiting For Sync Approval? unchecked and that they are not showing up in the conflicts (QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts).
