Hi Michael, I sent you a case using  your email.  I have tried this using firefox and IE. I sent this from the new CRM using new cases.   The last time i did this, the customer was asked for a username and password.  John

Richard, Still having issues, Using fire fox, I sent myself a invoice to try out. Method sent me a email with a mini url. The url took me to that portal so i could check my invoice. Dosent do it with firefox.  Only IE 8.0  

Go for it. Case # 97 and 99. I just created #99 and added a activity of a work order and the message is still poping up I am using XP with IE 8. XP has all the updates. Not sure about IE  

Hi Michael, Ok it works.  Turns out the status of the work order has a defult of completed. Will have to change that.   Thanks, John M

Hey Michael, From the old CRM, I was making up cases for everything from customer questions to internal issues.  When i created a activity for a case, i would choose Work Order. A work order woud then appear in Field Services. Thats what im looking for unless there is a new way of creating work orders. Thanks, John  

Greetings, Method CRM Pro> Cases> Edit Case> Case Dialog New/ Edit Activity.  I I use to be able to make work order from a case but it dosent seem to be working unless there is a new way of preforming this.    John M
