Hi joshtodd,
When I select a template from the dropdown, I want it to fill the data into the screen. Then I want to be able to edit the estimate for final touches, add the customer, etc., and then save it as a new estimate for that customer.
Can you clarify what you mean by this? Are you looking to have the ...

Hi joshtodd,
The AutoGrow feature would normally take care of this for a read-only grid, however, since this is a grid that needs to be editable in order to add items to it, this won't work.

Hi Mike,
I'd like to investigate this further but what is your end goal here? Do you want to be able to have different Sales Reps assigned to the Parent Customer and Jobs? If so, this is potentially going to cause issues as this isn't something that can be done in QuickBooks. It can be done in Method but again may cause some ...

Hi Matt,
Method CRM is only offered in English and there are no translation services/programs, which I know of, that can translate the Method CRM to other languages. As far as I know you cannot use translation services to translate secure web pages (HTTPS). I performed an online search for such a topic and found that this is something ...

Let me add to my previous response. Keep in mind that if you're using the Log Call tab link or pop-up call, it will automatically default to the Completed status. Additionally, if you're using QBD, you now have access to individual preferences which when changed will automatically set the default status to completed. Check out the ...

You got it! Remember not to include the item grids and only show the required fields on the screen. This will help reduce the loading time of the screen.

We received the following email from Darryl.
Happy New Year. I don’t think it always did, but when we enter a new Activity, it now defaults to Completed. If people forget to change it – every time - the activity never makes it to a pending actions list. We have edited no pages. Is there a setting for this?
Hi andy,
Just an FYI we're currently revamping the Mobile portion of Method, I don't have an ETA for you but it is coming soon. The New Item screen won't work how you want it to work as a mobile page. Reason being is that the Show Screen In Popup, Go To Screen, and Go To Tab Link actions won't work with the current mobile design. ...
