This really depends on how you wish to treat them. If they are separate customers (you bill them separately as each buys different products or services) then I'd enter them as separate leads. Then when they become customers, you can add them as a job of customer, with each store being a job of a main customer.

It looks like you may have attached a docuement to some records. That's normally where you see the text like your seeing. You can delete the records by creating a simple grid with checkboxes, loop through the grid and delete those records that are checked.

For those following this issue, Chris was able to resolve it. The issue was that his webform was sending incorrect data to a dropdown field.

For anyone following this, we deteremined that there were duplicate entries in the Entity table. If you are unable to use the fullname as the dropdown field, check for duplicates in the table field.
