Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like this may be a formatting issue on the backend. As well as this, the text that is supposed to be displayed next to the logo in the dropdown is being overlapped by the logo.

There is a script on the rate field directly to the left of the amount field that is causing this issue. It seems that .NET is able to convert a currency string to a double for calculations as long as it is a common format. Hi Mahlon,
We published an update to the activities app yesterday that corrected this issue. The conditional statement now checks the FollowUpActivityStatus field, as it should, instead of the label.
