If you look at the stock Estimate screen under More Actions you will see listed 'Create Sales Order'
You can reverse-engineer the Action Set for that button and use its actions (modified) to create a Copy Sales Order button for your Sales Order screen.

Hey Maureen,
I believe you already have a row for check boxes in your Activity Grid so we skip that step.
Now add a Button to the screen (e.g. 'Delete Selected'):
- Loop Through Grid (Activity) (NOTE: ONLY CHECKED ROWS is crucial here)
- Now in the loop add a 'Delete Record From Table'

What you want listed on the Grid is the main customer per record, instead of the customers with all the related contacts. I hope I understood correctly.
You can do this by adjusting the filter for the grid.
Customize the Customers and Contacts List screen (CRM_CustomerList) and Edit the Contacts Grid.
