Hi Matt, The "Name" portion of any Customer/Lead/Vendor must be unique, There is good reason for this however. All of these entities are ultimately syncing to a 'Master' table named Entity. I was trying to add a new lead but I was not able to because it was a duplicate.  This lead is also a current vendor.  Is there any way to get past this without renaming one "vendor" or one "lead"  they are the same entity. thanks, -matthew
