I will never understand why I have to deal with another company to fix my problems when I use METHOD. I login through Method. When Method crashes my account crashes. Why can't you just help me?

Everytime I try to copy a mobile page like "mobile_invoice" I get the following error "An error has occurred. An email has been sent to Method staff. If this problem persists, please contact the Method Team at method@methodintegration.com." If I press cancel the new copy shows up but is missing a lot of actions within the page. ...

Thank you again Loi, Unfortunately it is still not working. I tested again it with several customers and multiple invoices and none of them work, the exact same thing is happening

Hey Shawn, Method:New is available for existing QuickBooks Desktop users. You just have to get your account toggled to allow access to the New version. I will get your account manager get in touch with you for next steps. -- Loi

Hi! Thank you both. I actually figured it out - there cannot be any pixels in between the fields and then it looks perfect in Excel. All I had to do is get the info about each field and make sure one field starts where the other one ends. Thanks!  

Hey ITFromValor, In order to have no extra columns or rows you will need to play around with the spacing around the fields and also the main detail body. Here I used a table to list my data but note the space around each row. If you leave any white space in the detail space then it will create new rows in Excel as shown. If you use ...
