Sorry for the delayed response here, look like I missed your reply. You can specify which templates are used for which type of task (ie Invoices, Estimates, activities etc...) by selecting the Preferences snapshot of the App you are trying to set the DEfault template for.

I have a grid with several columns. Is it possible to add a filter to this grid, which compare two columns of this grid? For example, I have two columns(Col_A, and Col_B), can I set a filter like (Col_A > Col_B)? Thanks.

The Save action is very quick, but unfortuantely not instant. The actions being processed have no delay however, which im going to assume is why you are not always getting a value in your Shared Result (ie the subsequent actions are being processed faster than the insert action).

Yes I can try that, but it makes me skeptical because this has happend to our Work Order Screen, Purchase Order, and Bills screen in the past. We run our whole commission process out of method, and have put in triggers into each of these screens. If it goes to an old screen, a commission will get missed. This really is a concern for me.
