Ben -  Thanks. I'm pretty sure you have nailed it. I think the recipient had images blocked when retreiving emails. Thus, the picture didn't show up in the email until the recipient requested the picture to be downloaded.  The issue is closed. Thanks a pile. Jim

How do I increase the number of characters a field will accept?  I've changed the field size under the customize tab but it doesn't seem to make a difference what number is in there.  It remains at 25 characters.
