Hi Marcelo,
You can change the date to a few fixed formats but unfortunately not the format you requested. If you click the Advanced options on the date field when editing the grid you can switch from Date, Time, or Date and Time.

Hi Andrew,
There is a simpler way to do this right in Method without having to edit the HTML directly. Load the correct Web-form and skip to Step 8 of 9: Edit Field Description. This screen gives you a column with the option to hide/unhide fields. Hope this helps!
