Hello Stuart,
I would not recommend changing the DataExtDef table. I don't know what it is for, but it may be there for processes unseen and you could, in essence, break your table and incur problems.

Hello sjk,
There is no way of converting a Customer to a Lead. Once they are customers, they are in QuickBooks. You will have to delete the customer in QuickBooks and Method and re-input them as Leads.
The easiest way is to export the customers who are to be leads and then ...

Thanks fran for posting. You have given some good advice and guidance. I'm still working on being fluent in the Report Designer.
Just to re-iterate, Report Designer does need the fields to be on the table that the report is pointing to, to get the information. There is a 'Retrieve Value from Table' action that can use ...

I have looked into this to see if I could do it. First, the LinktoSalesOrder links to ...

Hello Meghan,
I have thought about this question. I believe you are on the right track. The customer would be the one who is paying, either the parent or the adult student. The contacts would be the attendees for the camp. The issue is if the primary contact is a camp goer or not. I would ...

Hello SalesMan,
There are techniques that you can try that I found in another forum post here. In summary, the idea is to create a contact for the company that holds the emails of all the contacts that receive the estimate. For the email field you have each email address separated by a ';' mark. ...
