Hey,
In that case it most likely has to do with whitelisting of the new IPs we use to relay emails.
Please refer to:
- Solution No. 243
- Solution No. 394
When you're ready, shoot an email over to support@method.me requesting for the new IPs you need to add to the allowed list in your EAC.

Yes, that is correct.

Hey,
The Record_ID constraint uniquely identifies each record in a table. Record_ID must contain UNIQUE values, which Method handles for you.

Hey Ted,
You will just need to change Invoice to SalesReceipt. For the TxnDate example:
select Max(viewaccSalesReceipt.TxnDate)
FROM viewaccSalesReceipt
WHERE viewaccSalesReceipt.Customer = viewContacts.Entity

Hey,
Depending on how your mail server is setup, we do have new IPs we use. If before the move you had to whitelist a list of IPs you will need to edit those IPs with the new ones we have.
Which mail server are you currently using? That will help me narrow the error down.

Hey Mahlon,
It seems to happen when you resize the window when you are in 'Fullscreen Mode'
I have created a ticket for our developers to take a look, I'll follow up here.

Hey Ted,
Thanks for the follow up, I'm glad we found the root issue :).

Hey Alex,
Yes you are correct, both errors resulted from the same root issue. Correcting the root problem fixed all integrated applications that communicate via API.

Hey Mahlon,
This has now be corrected.

Hello,
The dropdowns should be edited to show the columns you want displayed. If you go into the Design Mode for that screen click on the dropdown, to the right you will see a subsection 'Columns' - in there add the Column you want listed, (e.g. 'Name').
