Hello, I have my CRM running fine in windows desktop PC, however; my laptop is Mac. When I click to print an estimate the pop up peview does not come out on the Mac. How can I fix this? thanks in advance.

I am trying to create a chart that filters by the stage of the opportunity.  I have successfully done this, but I am unable to find a way to add an "All Stages" option to the drop down that would essentially disregard the filter and show all opportunities regardless of stage. Hi FW, As you suspected, the reason why the sync will stop when particular QuickBooks windows are open is because the QuickBooks SDK prevents any requests from being made while these windows are open. As a general overview, having a specific Entity/Transaction open will prevent modification from being made, as well as any Preferences/ settings ...

Any more status on this? Still seems to be happening. Also old screens are being replaced by newer screens. I have an example that I can show you. Not sure why this is happening, but is causing problems.

Trying to get a handle on this... I know for sure that an open bank rec will choke the engine, but seems as though other open windows will do this as well, such as the windows for processing bill payments. My assumption is that the sync engine is choking because QB is locking those transactions. Can you please provide us with a complete list of QB ...
