Hi Alex, If you look at the SalesOrder table in Method you will find two fields you might be interested in IsFullyInvoiced and IsManuallyClosed. You can use these two fields to help filter the grid. Hope this helps,

Alex, Looking back at this you could still have the detached grid and add a linked field to the InvoiceLine table that gets the Customer from the Invoice table.  Then filter the grid by the full name and refresh the grid using actions on the select link.

TogsTeam, Using the access you provided, I am able to see Invoices from Jan-2009 currently in your account. Sort the Existing Invoices grid by date and scroll through the multiple pages. The Sync options seem to be working as they should. Can you confirm? Val

Alex, You can actually use an attached grid on the Customer screen. This will work nice because each time you select or change a customer record it will display the properly filtered info. If you have chosen to maintain transaction history for the past 365 days and each of the individual transaction types are set to default this should work. Can you please provide MethodSupport access to this account in order to let us look into it?

Michael, We’re still working with the Xora team on this one. The way which modifications in Xora (apps.xora.com) affect database times and thus Method entries is beyond our control at the moment. The connector should work in its current form provided you only edit entries in Method and not through the Xora site.  We are continuing to ...
