    Hi Kitty, You can convert Leads to Customers but not Contacts to Customers, so in this case you would need to create a new customer for this contact. Don&#39;t forget to remove them from the original customer if required. - Ashur

    Let me add on to my previous post. The idea with the &quot;wait for sync approval&quot; field was to flag transactions that were not supposed to go to QuickBooks yet. Out of the box, we don&#39;t have a pre-determined work flow to use with this checkbox. So if someone decides to check the box, it is up to them (or another user) to remove the box ...

    Hi Beth, We don&#39;t have a webinar specified to customizing the Home Dashboard but here&#39;s a blog post which will certainly help you out. You can find the names of the specific charts by making a copy of the CRM_Home&nbsp;Dashboard screen then editing it, then&nbsp;edit each Report Object&nbsp;and check which report is selected.     Hi Karen, Any other users who connect to that QuickBooks file and use Method will need the Method Integration Engine installed on their PC&#39;s&nbsp;so that changes made in QuickBooks sync automatically to the web. Check out our Initial Setup Guide for more information. - Ashur

    Yes they would exist in their respective tables, for example a custom field for vendors would appear under the Vendor table in Method, a custom field for the employee field would exist in the Employee table in Method, etc. - Ashur

    Hi andy, Are you talking about the custom fields when adding/editing a customer record? If so, after creating a custom field in QuickBooks and performing a Full Sync, you can find the field in Method within the Customer table. - Ashur
