Hi Marco,
I've created a case for one of us to reach out and take a look at this issue with you.

Hi Abbie,
On the Tasks and Materials line item grid, click Details... for a line item. On the screen that pops up, there is a dropdown for Customer Equipment. An entry will be created in the grid for the equipment selected in this dropdown.
Hope this helps.

Mike,
If QB has an import feature specifically for Constant Contact, that may be the better route.
Either way you do it, the information will sync between Method and QuickBooks. If there's a tool specifically for the software you're importing from, use that, and the data should sync over to Method just fine.

Hi Mike,
I would recommend using Method's Import / Export tool, for which we have a Help Center article located here. In that article you will also find video tutorials on how to import Customers and Customer Leads specifically.
Hope this helps.

Hi Marcelo,
You'll have to put actions on all the screens in order to have them run whenever a work order is completed. You'll want to lump the actions in with whichever action set completes the work order.

Marco,
Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA.
I want to make sure though that this is what you're trying to do:
Store your items' sales prices in the Item table in HNL
Convert those sales prices to USD on the Invoice screen using the ExchangeRate set in QB
Can you confirm, or advise otherwise?

Hi Marco,
I've taken a closer look and there seems to be an issue with the Currency table's ExchangeRate field. I've created a ticket for our development team to look into it and will post back here with any updates.

Hi Jim,
Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for pointing this out, I'll see about getting it corrected.

Hi Dave,
The easiest way to do this would probably be to export your Customer table and do a compare in Excel to find the duplicates. You could then create two separate lists for import, one for updating current customers and another for creating new leads.
You could also create a custom table in Method and import to that, then create a screen ...

Hi BLCPA,
Try replacing the full viewTable.FieldName with just the FieldName. I was able to get it to function this way.
Let me know if that helps.
