One of our employees, when logged in, can see the NEW version and are able to function in that, however, when they log in using the 'classic' version the headers are there but there is nothing else but a blank page.  --- please advise

Hi There, The Activity Notification is sent to both the Assignee and Assigner by default, but only if they are different emails. If you wanted to have your email in the CC field, you could edit the template you are using to include your email address. Thanks. Ben
