I have tryed both the version for quickbooks desktop and quickbooks mobile and have been driected to the classic version, why is that?

From my testing, I went through the process and the HTML formatting did stay intact after the import.
If you want to email me over the spreadsheet you are working with (or a few records from it) I can try again using your file.
