Hi Amanda
This is the message I get after reset "computer ..." and full sync - The Method Integration Engine on your computer is currently
disconnected. No synchronization can be performed until the Method

Hi James,
Have you installed all the .NET framework on that machine? I have come across this issue before when .NET framework was not installed and updated or when it is corrupt.

Hey Laura,
If you only have 1 QB license, yes Method will sync fine. You can actually be logged into QB and working using the single license while Method is syncing.

Kyle,

For QuickBooks users it’s a great way to connect your favorite web apps all in one place. It’s also got a cool ...

Looking for a solution that will take QuickBooks to the cloud? Do you love the freedom and accessibility you have with Method and wish your QuickBooks could also be hosted and backed up by a reliable provider? Wouldn’t it be fantastic to no longer worry about server crashes and the stresses that come along with not being able to ...

So it miraculously healed itself while I was preparing to send you my info. I guess it didn't want you poking around. :)
Thanks for your help and we'll probably never know why it happened (I was signed into QB as admin, BTW, so it wasn't that)

We use the custom fields on our invoices for PO numbers or Claim numbers and the overall Job description. Is there a way to fill in those fields through Method?
And a related question, how can I write to the memo field in QBO invoices from Method?
Thanks.
