Hi James, Have you installed all the .NET framework on that machine? I have come across this issue before when .NET framework was not installed and updated or when it is corrupt. You can also refer to page 5 of the Initial Setup Guide HERE -Michael

 Hey Laura, If you only have 1 QB license, yes Method will sync fine. You can actually be logged into QB and working using the single license while Method is syncing.

We use the custom fields on our invoices for PO numbers or Claim numbers and the overall Job description. Is there a way to fill in those fields through Method?  And a related question, how can I write to the memo field in QBO invoices from Method? Thanks.
