Hi Lee,
Similar to Invoices the Sales Orders template and other areas in Method are not currently set to handle price levels by default. The price level field is available and can be used in customization to mimic the same results as QuickBooks.

I’ve tried to replicate the issue using both a sample account as well as your account via the MethodSupport access you have granted. Everything works as should on my end.
What browser and versions are you using for FireFox and IE? Does it happen with both? Also, have you tried testing this on another computer?

Minor update was made to the original Method screen. Your customized screen did not and will not receive any Method updates. However, since you and I are currently working on a customization job I’ve went in and made the same update to yours as well.
