Something like this could be possible with Method using the Portal, there is a flag for Opt out of marketing for contacts which could be what is used to determine who gets further emails from Method.

The only referal program we have is the MSP program.
I believe it may be possible to have the the order generated by Google maps to transfer back to the Work Order list or maybe potentially the calendar but it would be quite a bit of work to get something like this to work.

Take a look at the Activity table (Work orders are based off this table), you will see that the Ship address is a linked field from the entity which means the address will always be what ever the address you have setup for the customer. To change this you will need to add some new fields for address and use those in your work order.

You do not need to do any linking. This new added field should be added to the insert action in the Fill customer button.

Third party apps such as Method currently do not have access to Charges created in QBO but once Intuit opens that feature up to third party apps i'm sure we will add it to Method.

Currently there is no means to change the "Please wait" screen. I will put in a suggestion for this but I cannot give you an ETA of if or when it will be added.
