I created recurring work orders for my weekly lawn mowing jobs and to my surprise they are in Sales Orders-Activities section as well. When I complete the weekly work orders in the Fieldservices-Workorder section, the Activity is still marked as In Progress.

I understand that when i create a work order that Method creates a activity. The proplem that i am having is when i complete the work order the activity does not close. Is this suppose to happen?

I found out that if you are using a Cost of Goods Sold account to pay a bill it will not show in the bill payment section. I have a Job Cost Rental with a cost of good sold account. Maybe this is not the correct way of doing this. I found that quick books has a Rental expense so i used that and bingo it poped up in bill payment section. ...

I entered a bill in the Vendor Center-Bills and saved it. Made sure the expenses was filled out, made sure quick books was open, did a syc and did every combinations of entering a bill in vendor payments i could think of from billiable to a customer to non billiable and then went to bill payment. According to AT&T it all depends on the person getting the email and their spam filter settings. So if this is a new customer, i would have to send two emails to them. One would be the estimate the outher to tell them to check their spam filter.
