Hi Karen, You can do this by editing the Format String for the Invoice:TxnDate field. The default date format is MMM-dd-yyyy but you can customize it to suit your needs. - Ashur

This sounds really strange, so just to confirm the series Status is set to Scheduled which is what you see in the actual record but when you hover over the label it shows up as Not Started? What screen are you experiencing this problem with? You mentioned that the screen was customized, does this happen on the stock screen as well? - Ashur

You would need to set the filter directly on the dropdown field so something like an OnScreenLoad event won't work. - Ashur
