Jon,
I understand your problem now and was able to replicate it on my account. Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to add contacts straight to the main contact field from the Outlook plugin. A workaround could be to update your leads in Method by re-uploading the file with the field name Contacts included this time. ...

Hi Jon,
When you create a customer/company/lead in Method there is always a main contact associated with it (it's a required field). I'm not sure how you can have a company in Method with no main contact assigned to it. Can you expand a little bit on how you did this?

I see what you mean. I don't believe there is a simple way to do this. I did some testing and found a way to work around it though. You can create a new field in the Item table used specifically for this filter, a Yes/No field would work. In the new field, set all of the records that have the inventory type "Service" or the ...

Hi Chris,
I was able to replicate this issue on my account. It seems that the Hidden: invisible when screen first loads checkbox is not functioning properly at the moment. I'll put a ticket in with the team to fix this. In the meantime there is another way to hide a radio button on screen load ...

Hi Formation QB,
Great question! I think I found a solution for you. Try loading your filter values into a shared result first. Use the action Assign Value To Shared Result within the event OnScreenLoad (found in the Advanced Screen Properties). Type your values into the shared result seperated by a ...

Hi Formation QB,
Did you look into the advanced field settings of the field Item in the SalesOrderLine grid? You can get here by clicking Edit on the grid, skipping to step two of the grid wizard, and clicking Advanced on the Item field. Here you can ...

Christian,
If I understand correctly, you would like to have the job items of a series copied over to each related occurrence automatically? This would require some customization. My suggestion would be to make a copy of the FieldService_AddEditWorkOrder screen and edit it. Take a look at how the actions in the Copy Job Items from ...

Christian,
If you're working in the Work Order List screen you will find that you can edit an individual occurrence OR edit a series of occurrences. If you edit a series you will see the job items listed but if you edit an occurrence then by default you will not. The reason for this is that you may have different job items associated ...

Hi Marcelo,
First, find the screen you would like to edit in the Customize > Screens tab link and click Edit. To shrink a text field try increasing the amount of columns in the edit screen to five (this is the maximum). In the current design it is generally more visually appealing to have five columns on your ...

Can you please clarify which type of field you are asking about? Do you mean a field in a grid? Or do you mean a field that was added directly to the screen? Also, are you talking about a customized screen or a stock screen?
