I have a scenario where I want the contract record to display in the field on the screen. I've added some extra views so I can determine which contract I'm selecting.
When I save the record, the contract ID displays correctly.
When I open the record backup to edit, the second line of the view displays instead.

Hi there,
Our tech support team often creates multiple cases for the same contact/company as they prefer to track all issues separately. How can I set it to retain all existing field information when they hit "save and new"? This would prevent them from inputting the information multiple times.

What about simply changing the sort order of all occurrences by changing the series without re-inserting the dates? Thanks!

I figured it out! I had been clicking on the icon, not the text to drag and drop a field. Evidently you have to drag the text only.

I had considered this workaround, but I wanted to make sure I had exhausted my resources.
In this specific situation, the simplest solution would be not to sync the time entries to QBO. You can't pull them into a payroll transaction anyway, and all of our time analysis and project costing is ...

Mortaza is partially correct - the HasBeenBilled Status can't be updated by Method. (this is an QB API limitation, not Methods) But just putting them on an invoice in Method won't change the status, you have to physically do that in QB (drag them from the tray) to get the HasBeenBilled to be changed. ...
