Thank you, Maureen and Mortaza for your responses. Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I don't see any line that refers to adding to a table or field that I have altered and I don't really want to try changing something to see if it fixes this issue, only to break something else.

Export your Contacts table and check the TagList formatting. Make sure it is formatted correctly. I have seen cases where the formatted was changed during customization or an import.
Please look at our Help Center article on TagList to see how the formatting should look.

Hey Fred,
If I understand correctly: you want the series to update occurrences upon save - but not overwrite additional data added to the occurrence manually.
This would be an extremely complicated functional logic to put together and I don't believe this can be accomplished.

On my end they seem to be filtering correctly. For testing purposes I setup a Filter by TagList to test. You can do that on your end by:
In my example I am using a TextInput value on Screen titled 'TAG'

Hmm... OK, this was my mistake. I am not sure why, but I was trying to do the import update into the Contacts table and not Customer. I tried a test update on one record into Customer and it worked just fine! Thanks again.
