So when you're creating a job site in Method it doesn't work? You have to manually go into QBO and enable the sub customer option? I am unable to replicate this issue. Created a sub customer in Method and performed a Full Sync, went to QBO and it shows correctly as a sub customer.

Additionally are there other users who need access to specific vendors as well or will there be in the future?

Is this user only going to have access to these 8 vendors and not have access to the other current vendor, basically will this list be static or need to change over time?

Hi David,
Whenever you create your own dropdown list, a new table is created to hold those values, and a screen is automatically created for that table. You can view that screen and edit the entries from there. Please see this post for more information: http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/t/3964.aspx

It could be that this Sales Rep/Employee is listed as inactive in QuickBooks so when yo go to your Employee Centre the default view shows All Active Employees.
