    Hello, You can send mails directly from Method but currently there is no way to directly receive e-mails in Method.     @MisterBill Is this the first time you are trying to create a portal for these customers? Can you provide the steps that produce this error? I was not able to reproduce the issue on my side and I need a bit more information of the problem so we can troubleshhot it.

    I fixed it! Thanks so much for your help guys. BUT! I have one more question. When a customer clicks the link to: "Ask a Question  - Create a new customer service case." the system sends me an email to (again) the wrong address. Where can I change that? Aaron
