That's great Mark!
Justin, you can use the List Builder to send out mass overdue balance emails. Here is an article in our Help Center about the List Builder. In these emails, you cannot include an attachment of their invoice(s), but you can include a link to the Contacts portal where the recipient can log in ...

Hi jessicagoodwin,
The other customers aren't being deleted, they're just not being displayed because you're filtering by 'Type'. If you remove the text in the filter box and click Cancel on the bottom right corner of the grid, the original list will show up. Easiest way to include multiple customer types for your ...

To enable Method to create a new case when an e-mail is received would mean that Method ...

@MisterBill
Is this the first time you are trying to create a portal for these customers? Can you provide the steps that produce this error?
I was not able to reproduce the issue on my side and I need a bit more information of the problem so we can troubleshhot it.

I fixed it! Thanks so much for your help guys.
BUT! I have one more question. When a customer clicks the link to: "Ask a Question - Create a new customer service case." the system sends me an email to (again) the wrong address. Where can I change that?

Hello MikeB,
Here's my answer. You mentioned that in your Tab section "Subaccounts" email field is pulled from Customer Table , but if you look closely at the SQL script it is fetching values from Contacts table (eg :Contact.email), that is the only reason it is not populating any data in your grid. Instead ...
