Hi! My company has decided to make the switch from Quickbooks online to quickbooks desktop (enterprise to be exact). Unfortunately, as any one who has ever had to do this may know, it is not easy to on the quickbooks side of things. Luckily....method to the rescue! So essentially instead of using Quickbooks export, convert, import mess ...

Hi l.brandow
I take it you mean import a list of tags rather than importing tags with a contact? As I understand it, the only way to add tags is through the popup when adding or editing a contact.

Perfect explanation Danny.
Thank you very much.
I did take a look at the code in the macro. It is looking for the headers as the variables and the fields below the headers as the data until it reaches an empty field. I still need to identify how it maps to the fields in the Opportunity Pipeline, or if the import ...

I've prepared some test records to modify but I want to be clear on what I need to do to modify rather than overwrite the current record data. During the import process at the Validation step will it ask me if I want to modify existing records?

James,
While our staff likes to use description-only line items for generic notes, I agree that there are better ways that can be handled, ie text boxes and predefined fields. And yes, I've given up the attempt to work around the issue with a separate table for description only items: I couldn't get it to work, and even if I could I would ...

Hi d.vanbaale,
Is this still happening today? If so, try clearing your browser history/cache or use a different machine. I've seen this happen once before which was caused by a strange network caching issue at a users work place. They ended up restarting their router and that resolved the problem.

TogsTeam,
Have you tried using Linked Fields? You should be able to add Linked fields to the table which can pull data based on the entity(Empolyee/Vendor) that is assigned to the SalesRep.
