Hey John,
The fix had did go out with a release last week. But due to some other errors affecting clients after the release, we had to roll back the updates.
I'll see where the ticket currently stands with our development team and send you another update.

Hi Mahlon,
The ticket I created for this is a feature request, as it’s a new feature that would need to be added to the charts functionality. I can’t provide an ETA, but I don’t think that this will be implemented in the near future. I recommend looking into a work-around for the time being.

The time start and time stop buttons in the classic work order screen to keep track of how long a worker has been on this work order is still not fixed. Hey Rick,
Within QuickBooks you should be able to add/edit/delete the fields: go to the Lists menu, choose Customer & Vendor Profile Lists, and then click Ship Via List.
