Hi Jason, The reason for that is because Tags is the exact match only which defaults to 'Equal To' - as for 'Phone' for example you can search by: Unfortunately there is no way to change that behaviour. -- Mortaza

Hey Sarah,  You will need to use an 'Enter Value Into Field On Screen' action to update the radiobox.  It will look like:  Add this action to your action set, making sure you have it placed in the correct order. Let me know if that works for you. -- Mortaza

Hey Maureen, We do have a ticket in with our development team who is actively working on a fix for the Google Calendar sync. There have been reports of constant disconnects from multiple clients. Having a one click option to sync all Method accounts to their Google Calendar will be tough to accomplish, the way the handshake works between Method ...

On occasion there is a problem with google calendar sync that causes the auto sync feature to stops working.  It would be great if there were a way to manually sync all user profiles to google calendar with one click, rather than having to go into each user profile to do so.  Might this be a feature you could add? 

Thank you, Mortaza! It does work this way- however it defaults to "none" in the radio button selection, rather than "existing". How do I set that to default to "existing"? So close! Sarah

Turns out I needed to do some more reading. I had not visited the page on Tags - I only looked at the help page on importing/exporting. So I had not seen the note at the bottom of the Tags page with required formatting. I re-did the import with proper formatting and the tags now come up in the search.
