On my end they seem to be filtering correctly. For testing purposes I setup a Filter by TagList to test. You can do that on your end by:

Hmm... OK, this was my mistake. I am not sure why, but I was trying to do the import update into the Contacts table and not Customer. I tried a test update on one record into Customer and it worked just fine! Thanks again.

Just so we're on the same page:
You originally imported Leads into the Customer Lead table with no Campaign listed. You then exported the Contacts table to update the Campaign they're listed under and received the read-only error.

An option you can take is creating a Grid based off the Received Payments Table. On the Grid you can have field: Customer which will show you a list of all Customers that have Payments against an Invoice.
