Hello Sixtel,
The entity table is a special table :) It encompasses the Customer, Vender, Employee and Other name tables into one. So you can think of it as the Customer being a ‘subset’ of the Entity table for instance. The reason this is done is so that you can for example be able to write a check to an employee, to a vendor or even ...

Hi John,
I just tested out what you mentioned on my personal account and can confirm its happening for me too. Ive opened a ticket with our development team to look into this and see if we can come up with a solution here.
For now, you could stick to the method you mentioned of sending your Estimates by saving and then Save&Email separately. ...

Hi Henry,
There unfortunately isn't a way to Automate the process of sending the email on sync. However you could definitely streamline the process of creating an activity for 8 months in the future through method.
There are multiple ways you could tackle this, one way would be to set up a screen based off the customer table and set ...

Hey Sarah,
Since our sync is bi-directional you can take either route that works better for you.
Using Method you can add extra fields you needed in a Table and import to those new fields. Method has a lot more fields that QBO does not have out of the box.
If you did import via QBO you can always update and re-import using ...

Hi Greg,
Let me start by stating that Method’s functionality was designed and built around syncing with QuickBooks (QB). Hi mholden,
Leads are actually stored in the Customer table, which in turn is just a view of the Entity table. The entity table stores all customers, leads, employees and vendors. The only difference between a lead and a customer is that a lead has a value of Yes in the IsLeadStatusOnly field. When you convert a lead to a customer, Method ...

Hello davewalter,
Yes, it is possible to re-assign an Opportunity to other Customer/Lead by simply selecting a diiferent Customer/Lead from the Contact dropdown on the Edit Opportunity Screen. Coming to your next question about merging two customers/leads in Method is not possible. But you can merge two different customers in Quickbooks ...

Hello Tim,
It looks like we sync with the customer notes field which is called 'Notes' in the customer table. I could not find the transaction notes field. Can you provide a path to where it is in QuickBooks? When you need to find if fields are on a table, use the export tool. In Method, go to ...

Hello James,
There isn't a list that is available that tells you what QBO fields are available in Method. When you create the account, the best thing to do is to take stock of what fields there are. One limitation is the amount and where you can create custom fields. You can find other limitations in our Help Center. ...
