Charles,
Something I need to make clear is that this is a limitation of the QuickBooks SDK and not something our developers can link to. This goes for all third-party applications. While you may be able to see that information in QuickBooks, we are bound by what we can see via the SDK.

John M - Thanks again for the help.
Charles,
Unfortunately, there isn't any link between the Sales Order table and the Invoice table. If you were to create an invoice from a sales order in QuickBooks, when the records are added to Method, there is no linking value to help you identify which sales order the invoice was created from.

You are correct. The field is ContactsTitle in the Opportunity table. Sorry for the confusion.

That's my mistake, as there is no Leads table. You can link it to the Customer table.

John M - Thanks for all of the help on the forums the last few days.

Ben,
Yes, that seems very odd. So the top buttons don't work when in the portal, but the bottom buttons always work? I still can't replicate this, so could you enable Method Support on your account and email me the company acount and the screens?

Ben,
The tags were disappearing? That's definitely strange. I tested with a tag and about 120 contacts. All of them changed. I'll test it further and see if I can replicate any of this.

Ben,
You can rename the tags by choosing "Manage tags". The screen should look like below. You can select the tag and the operation you want to do to it (rename, delete, merge). If you were to rename it, it will update other contacts with the same tag to the new name.
