    Ashur, thanks. Yes, a sales order may contain ten line items, but five may be reservations for an event on the same day. These five would need to be selected and included in an email with the event details (address, start time etc...). I'll check the list builder screen for any pointers.

    Hello MTN PATH, Yes , on the stock screen, once you create a case, you also get a copy of the email notification of the created case. And as you mentioned that you have a virtual email for ADMIN, so that could be the reason it is forwarding the email to you again.  -Inder

    Emails sent via Method are actually sent from the host’s server (your server).  So the server name, the email user name and password is all Method needs to access your server – and you’ll need to input the server address where the username and password can be authenticated against.  No need to access via OWA.  As ...
