Update: Oct 6, 2015. This issue still exists after Oct 5th release.

The release on Oct 5th fixed this

I am now able to delete some fields, but I'm still having problems deleting this one after yesterday's release

Hey John, The fix had did go out with a release last week. But due to some other errors affecting clients after the release, we had to roll back the updates. I'll see where the ticket currently stands with our development team and send you another update. -- Mortaza

Hi Mahlon, The ticket I created for this is a feature request, as it’s a new feature that would need to be added to the charts functionality. I can’t provide an ETA, but I don’t think that this will be implemented in the near future. I recommend looking into a work-around for the time being. --Audisho

Hey Rick, Within QuickBooks you should be able to add/edit/delete the fields: go to the Lists menu, choose Customer & Vendor Profile Lists, and then click Ship Via List. Let me know if that works for you. -- Mortaza
