Method Community

Method Team, I am trying to see why a customer is in QBO and is not syncing to Method.  The customer is in QBO - it has not been deleted - there are no QuickBooks sync conflicts on this customer and it is not in Method.  I cannot determine what the issue is.  Any help would be appreciated. Adam, Thank you for your response.  I have added the field like your described above and I know it does work.  We wanted to link the website field from QBO to the customer website field in the Customer screens.  Is there away to do that? Thanks, VLocke
