When I am in a job or customer screen and I go all the way to the bottom and click on the contact tab and go to a specific contact and try to edit it, I can't save it because I get a message that says the field Name is a required field. However there is no field on this screen that is called name. There is only first name and last name.

How come my Customers reflect a balance of zero even though they have numurous jobs assigned to them that have a balance that has not been paid. In Quickbooks, the customers that have jobs with balances reflect an overall balance of all jobs in the Customer. Shouldnt this be the same in Method? How can I correct this to show each customers overall ...

I tried various scenarios but nothing worked.

My column width for go to in my job grid will not minimize when I change the percentage. It is one of the largest columns on my grid. How can I minimize it?
