Ok. Disconnecting and reconnecting with Google from my Method profile solved the issue for me.

I just had to manually sync all users, last automatic sync was right before you did maintenance... 6/18/16 8:13am Not sure if you are already addressing this or not, but wanted you to know it's an issue.

I have made a new report that includes activity comments. However the text from the activity comments is being compressed into 1 paragraph. If I have notes from a couple different days, I would like them to show on the report like this (which is how they are entered in the activity):
5/1/16 Mr Smith called he wants a new pen.

Thanks for the reply. We have tried doing work orders on iPads, tablets and chromebooks in the past with only poor results. The iPad is not happy doing them even on WiFi. I wouldn't even attempt to do one on a phone because of the size of a work order. And the "mobile" version of Method Classic ...
