I have noticed that when updating a case, if the Cas Comments (dialog) is left blank, it is still added to the "Existing Case Dialog" as a empty dialog. Really? Got to me honest, that's really disappointing. You have the display area so small it makes it hard to see what you are working on. Heck, look at the reply-to box here in the knowledge base, it's twice the size and more functional.
Any plans to make this a customizable feature?

We are planning to generate "Leads" for existing students that need to have a case opened for them. We do NOT want to add them as a customer, as they may not have paid for anything yet and because it could add a lot of customers to QuickBooks.

Is there a way to increase the vertical size of the HTML editor?
I have adjusted the NewActivity screen to allow for more room, and adjusted the number of input lines, however the HTML editor box does not increase in size. The small window makes it harder to use.
