Hi Ben, if you are referring to the "x" in the far right of a pop-up window in Method (like the screenshot below), then there is no way to remove/disable this close action.  We do not have access to this from the Method Screen Designer area. - Method_Ben

Hi Brett, Even though you can add the DurationHours Field to your screen, however this is a system Read-only field, so you will not be able to change it.  You will have to use the DurationMinutes field instead. - Ben
