Yes that's correct, when uploading single files, the size cannot exceed 5MB. With the basic free SmartVault account each Method user has a limit of 25MB, so that's a total of 5 files which are 5MB each. Hope this clears things up for you.

There is a Filter view available on the Work Order screen but I don't think this is what you're referring to. Are you talking about the Filter section when editing the Calendar object (Step 7 of 8), or the Assigned to Field?

See if this helps: Go to Customize > Tables/Fields, click on the Invoice table, then click Finished Editing Fields, reload your browser and try again.
