It is not possible to modify stock Method screens, so you'll first have to copy the screen before you can customize it. It should then take you to the screen designer where you can add the Currency field.

Hi Lisa,
You can add the Currency dropdown field to the CRM_VendorList screen.
The above screenshot is from a Method for QBO account, but I've tested using a Method for QBD account as well. This will change the Currency of the Vendor in QuickBooks as per below:

Are you referring to this QuickBooks screen?
If so, I should point out that this screen simply creates reports. You would have to create a custom report using the Report Designer in order to mimic this feature.
