Hey Don, A possibility, that I haven't tested on my end, you can try to add a button on the Work Order Screen and use the 'Call Another Action Set' action to call the Email Action Set from the Work Order List screen. Give that a shot and follow up. -- Mortaza

Hey Don, It shouldn't be an issue, but it depends on the control flow. For example, before Field 5 can be calculated Fields 1-4 cannot be empty and must have integers. Make sure Field 5 gets calculated at the end after all the other fields are finished being calculated.  Even try to add a button for testing purposes ...

But I think i need a step by step on how to do this for what im trying to accomplish .Im kind of new to customizing. the example almost helped. it seems like it would be a easy cusomize but im stuck on the vaues and parameters of what to put. I'm trying to create a button to send the workorder from the workorder screen, not from the workorder list.  I cannot get the fields to load into the work order template and the port url for the portal won't work.  Does anyone have any advice on this?

What do I have to do to get an update on this case?  The case # is 15667.  The gentelmen that is handling the case has not responded to any of my inquiries, neither has my account manager.  Can someone please help? Tami

Unfortunately, that did not work.  With the fields marked 1,2,3,4, they are already a calculated field of the time difference in the two fields above each respectively. Does that make a difference for the adding of the fields?
