Hi James,
Would you be able to email me privately with the CompanyAccount name you enter in your Method Login. I would have to take a look in your account to see what is happening, from you described above you should be able to see the "Create" button, so there might be something else wrong here. If you do want us to take a ...

Hi Jsenick,
By adding the TagList field to the Customer table, you are correct that Method is able to pick up on this "keyword" and will treat this new field as a Tag, similar to how the Contacts Table would. However, as mentioned in the Help Center Article you pointed out, the actually "Tags" that may be have ...

Hi Andrew,
This is difficult to answer without knowing your setup. Can you first confirm the time zone your computer is set to, this might have something to do with that. Do you have access to another Windows Computer that you can see if you have the same issue in Report Designer?
If the first suggestion ...

Hi Grif,
I am not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do, but I will attempt to answer your question. There isn't really any customization you can do from within Method to have the customer go back to your site after they logout of your Customer Portal. However, I did go to your website, and noticed that ...

Hi Chris,
At the moment I don't believe there would be a quicker way to setup your scenario. Action Results have limited access to SQL keywords, you can use the "WHERE" keyword in the "TypeIn" option, however that is the only keyword you would have access to. If there are any updates on this subject, I ...

Hi Connie,
Can you confirm that it is indeed you assigned to the leads that you are unable to view from your own Method Login? You can do this by first locating one of these leads using the "Shared Contacts" filter, then click the "Go to" link beside the leads name. If you scroll down the new (edit lead) ...

Hi Shawna,
1) I think the best way to approach this would be to first import your contacts through the "Customer Leads" Table. This way you have the ability to add many more fields you probably want included (billing address, shipping address, CompanyName,…), just don't include or worry about the Tags field at this ...

Hi Shawna,
I have been trying to find a way to answer this question, but I have a question of my own that would help get the best result. Can you tell me if these contacts you are trying to import have are associate with a Company/Customer or are they just contacts on their own with no other association? Depending on your answer ...
